Invesco MF crosses 5% stake in Sahajanand Medical

Invesco Mutual Fund, through various schemes, has acquired a 5.0549% stake in Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited. The disclosure, made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, details the acquisition of 44,20,453 shares, bringing the total holding to 51,38,135 shares. The acquisition was made through the open market. The total equity share capital of the company before and after the acquisition remains Rs. 10,16,46,778/-.
