Sahara Maritime Auditors Resign; New Appointment Pending

Sahara Maritime Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, M/s G A M P & Co., effective May 28, 2026. The auditors cited pre-occupation with other professional engagements and ongoing assignments as the reason for their inability to devote adequate time and resources to the company. The company confirmed that there were no concerns raised by the auditor regarding management or material reasons for the resignation. The Audit Committee and the Board will consider the appointment of new statutory auditors in due course to fill the casual vacancy. The resignation letter and annexures detailing the reasons and auditor information have been submitted as per SEBI regulations.
