Sahara One: BENPOS data delay impacts AGM e-voting cut-off date

Sahara One Media and Entertainment Limited has informed the BSE that it has not received the Beneficial Position (BENPOS) data from NSDL and CDSL since June 26, 2026, despite having paid all applicable charges. This non-receipt has hindered the company's ability to complete necessary compliances and arrangements for the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM), particularly concerning e-Voting. Consequently, the company has requested BSE to consider June 26, 2026, as the second cut-off date for determining e-Voting eligibility, replacing the previously announced September 23, 2026. The company is also making arrangements to inform stakeholders and seeks BSE's assistance to adhere to statutory and regulatory timelines.
