Sai Capital Recommends Re-appointment of Dr. Niraj Kumar Singh as CMD

Sai Capital Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 03, 2026, has approved and recommended the re-appointment of Dr. Niraj Kumar Singh as Chairman and Managing Director. This re-appointment is for a term of five years, commencing from June 25, 2027, to June 24, 2032, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company also announced the date for its 31st AGM as August 25, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from August 19 to August 25, 2026, for the AGM. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is August 19, 2026, with remote e-voting from August 22 to August 24, 2026.
