The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
