Sai Parenterals Appoints New Company Secretary and COO

Sai Parenterals Limited announced key management changes following a Board Meeting held on September 30, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of Ms. Shivali Aggarwal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective the same day. Subsequently, Mr. Ashwani Singh Bisht was appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and Mr. Arvind Gannimitta was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, both effective September 30, 2026. Mr. Bisht brings over 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, while Mr. Gannimitta has over 26 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations.
