Sai Parenterals Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹196.1 crore, a 9.0% increase quarter-on-quarter from ₹179.9 crore in Q1 FY27. Gross profit rose by 26.4% QoQ to ₹93.1 crore, with gross margin improving to 47.5%. EBITDA increased by 67.4% QoQ to ₹41.4 crore, and PAT grew by 32.7% QoQ to ₹10.5 crore. The company also reported the completion of acquisitions of 60% stakes in Saicriti Pharma Private Limited (₹83.83 crore) and Prathyak Laboratories Private Limited (₹15 crore) using IPO proceeds. The new critical-care injectable facility at Saicriti Pharma is on track for July 2027 completion, aiming for EU-GMP and USFDA standards.
