Sai Parenterals Subsidiary Secures AUD 202M Supply Deal

Sai Parenterals Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals Pty Limited, has entered into an exclusive OTC medicines supply agreement with Australia's leading pharmacy network. The contract is valued at Australian Dollars (AUD) 202 million, equivalent to INR 1300 crores, with an exchange rate of 1 AUD = INR 64.5. The agreement has an initial term of 7.5 years, with an option for a further 3-year extension upon mutual consent. The effective date for this contract is July 1, 2026. The company confirmed that promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
