Saianand Commercial Ltd Closes Trading Window for Securities Dealing

Saianand Commercial Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2026. The date of the proposed Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2026 will be informed in due course.
