Sainik Finance: Acquirer Reports 12.10% Share Acquisition

Sainik Finance & Industries Ltd has received a report under Regulation 10(7) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, from Sh. Dev Sindhu, on behalf of the acquirers. This report pertains to the acquisition of 1,316,066 equity shares, representing 12.10% of the company's total paid-up share capital. The acquisition was made through an inter-se transfer of shares among the promoter and promoter group members via an off-market transaction. The acquirer has also submitted the required application fees of INR 1,77,000 to SEBI.
