Sainik Finance Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Sainik Finance & Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the submission of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges. The company has informed all designated persons and insiders about this restriction, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
