Sainik Finance: Promoters acquire 0.68% stake via off-market transfer

Sainik Finance & Industries Ltd has disclosed that Anika Sindhu, a member of the promoter group, acquired 74,621 equity shares, representing 0.68% of the total share capital. This acquisition was made through an off-market transaction via inter-se transfer among promoter group members. Following this, Anika Sindhu's total holding increased to 217,097 shares. Another promoter, Dev Sindhu, also acquired 1,35,686 equity shares, comprising 1.25% of the total share capital, through a similar off-market inter-se transfer. These transactions are in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
