SAINT-GOBAIN SEKURIT INDIA LTD. Terminates Agreement with VEH Wind Energy Private Limited

SAINT-GOBAIN SEKURIT INDIA LTD. has announced the termination of an agreement with VEH Wind Energy Private Limited, originally disclosed on July 28, 2023. The termination is effective from October 28, 2024, due to the intended purpose no longer being viable because of statutory requirements. The agreement, which included a Power Delivery Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement, was initially intended for sourcing renewable energy. The equity shares issued by VEH to the Company will be repurchased by VEH as a result of the termination.
