Sakthi Sugars Appoints STR & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY27

Sakthi Sugars Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of STR & Associates, Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during a board meeting held on August 13, 2026. The meeting also covered the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the appointment of Sri.S.Chandrasekhar as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the re-appointment of Sri.M.Balasubramaniam as Managing Director and Sri.M.Srinivaasan as Joint Managing Director. Additionally, Smt.R.Jeysree was appointed to head the Internal Audit Department.
