Sal Automotive Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window starting from 1st April 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The decision is in line with the Company Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by insiders. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
