SAL Steel Board Meeting on Nov 6 to Approve Q2 Results

S.A.L. Steel Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company also reminded stakeholders about the closure of the trading window from October 1, 2026, which will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are approved and filed with the stock exchanges, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
