Trading Window Closure Announced by Salem Erode Investments Limited

Salem Erode Investments Limited has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2026, until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the financial results declaration will be informed in due course. During this period, all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
