Salguti Industries confirms not a Large Corporate for FY26

Salguti Industries Limited has confirmed that it does not fall under the category of a "Large Entity" as per the SEBI Circular dated November 26, 2018. This classification applies for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. Consequently, the company is not subject to the framework and disclosure compliance requirements for fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities. The company also stated that it has not raised any funds by way of issuing debt securities.
