Salzer Electronics Declares ₹2.50 Dividend; Record Date August 28, 2026

Salzer Electronics Ltd. announced a dividend of ₹2.50 (25%) per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for dividend payment is set as August 28, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Priya Bhansali and Mr. Sharat Chandra Bhargava as Independent Directors for a second term of five years, effective August 7, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. A.R.Ramasubramania Raja as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
