Sam Industries: Trading Window Closed from Oct 1, 2026

Sam Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from October 1, 2026. This closure is mandated by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.
