Sambhaav Media Board Approves FY26 Audited Results

The Board of Directors of Sambhaav Media Limited approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements and results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. MBD & Co LLP as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and Mr. Nishant Gadhavi as Programming Head (Senior Management Personnel). Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹3,867.30 Lakhs and consolidated revenue from operations at ₹4,310.08 Lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2026.
