Sambhv Steel Tubes Approves 8MW Solar Plant & Q2 FY27 Results

Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 03, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also sanctioned the establishment of an 8MW captive behind-the-meter solar power plant at its Kuthrel manufacturing units, with an estimated cost of up to ₹250 million. This project aims to optimize power costs for the company's manufacturing facilities. Additionally, the board approved the convening of the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 10, 2026, and noted the appointment of Mr. Bikash Agrawal as an Additional Director.
