Sambhv Steel Tubes: CTO Received for Capacity Expansion

Sambhv Steel Tubes Ltd. has received confirmation for amendment in Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board, allowing for an increase in the production capacity of its Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) at the Kuthrel Unit from 58,000 MTPA to 1,16,000 MTPA. The approval, dated May 14, 2026, was issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. This development aligns with the company's previously disclosed capacity addition plans approved by the Board of Directors on December 08, 2025. The company cited internal discussions and procedural formalities for the delay in intimation.
