Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for Monday, August 10, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The primary agenda item is the issuance of fully convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to promoters, promoter group, and/or non-promoter categories. This will be considered as a Special Resolution. Remote e-voting will be available from August 7 to August 9, 2026. The cut-off date for determining eligible voting members is August 3, 2026.
