Samor Reality Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated employees till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
