The segment, operating in Karnataka and Rajasthan, contributed 0.20% of the company's total turnover (Rs. 28.50 Lakh) in the last financial year, with a net worth of Rs. 43.18 Crore. The sale consideration is ₹2.45 Crore in cash. The company stated the segment is no longer strategic and the disposal will optimize resources and improve operational efficiency. Proceeds may be used for business expansion, working capital, or other corporate purposes. The transaction is expected to be completed within six months and is not considered a related party transaction, with no significant impact anticipated on the company's overall operations.
