Sampat Aluminium Appoints New CFO, Sanket Sanjay Deora

Sampat Aluminium Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Mr. Shashank Shekhar Chaturvedi resigned from his position due to personal commitments, effective September 3rd, 2026. Concurrently, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Sanket Sanjay Deora as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), also effective September 3rd, 2026. Mr. Deora will also serve as Managing Director and is authorized, along with the Company Secretary, to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
