Sampre Nutritions Dispatches Annual Report via QR Code to Physical Shareholders

Sampre Nutritions Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about dispatching letters to shareholders holding shares in physical form. These letters contain a QR code providing direct access to the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the Notice of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This measure is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations for shareholders whose email addresses are not registered. The AGM is scheduled for September 4, 2026. Shareholders are also reminded to update KYC details and consider dematerializing physical shares as per SEBI's recent circular.
