Sampre Nutritions Limited Subsidiary Signs Land Purchase Agreement with Orascom Industrial Parks

Sampre Nutrition Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sampre Nutritions Limited, has entered into a Land Purchase and Allocation Agreement with Orascom Industrial Parks, a company incorporated under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The purpose of the agreement is to acquire an industrial land parcel for the establishment of food processing and confectionery manufacturing plants and facilities. The agreement does not involve any shareholding or related party transactions. Sampre Nutrition Holding Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sampre Nutritions Limited.
