Sampre Nutritions Ltd Appoints Pradeep Narendra Poddar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Additional Director

Sampre Nutritions Ltd has appointed Pradeep Narendra Poddar as a non-executive non-independent additional director, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures) Requirements, 2015. The Board also approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine-month period ended 31 December 2025.
