Samtex Fashions Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Q3 Results on 31st December 2025

Samtex Fashions Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st January 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The closure is for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December, 2025. The trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Financial Results to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve these Financial Results will be informed in due course.
