Samvardhana Motherson Incorporates Aerospace Subsidiary

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the incorporation of its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Motherson Aerospace Group Holdings Company B.V. (MAS Holding B.V.), on August 5, 2026, in the Netherlands. This new entity will focus on the aerospace, defence, and security sectors, including development, manufacturing, maintenance, testing, distribution, and trading of related products, systems, and technologies, as well as holding assets and investments for the Aerospace Vertical. The initial subscribed share capital is EURO 100, divided into 10,000 shares of EURO 0.01 each. The incorporation is in line with SEBI regulations.
