Samvardhana Motherson International Completes Joint Venture Formation with Macauto Industrial Co.

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has completed the formation of a joint venture with Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd., a Taiwan based company listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation. The joint venture, Motherson Macauto Solutions Limited, was incorporated to design, develop, manufacture, assemble and service a wide portfolio of products for use in automotive applications. The equity shareholding of Motherson Macauto Solutions Limited is held by the Company and Macauto in the ratio of 50% + 1 share and 50% - 1 share, respectively.
