Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd: Trading Window Closure for Insider Trading

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, and key managerial personnel. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. During this period, the Permanent Account Numbers (PANs) of designated individuals and their connected persons will be frozen for trading in the company's securities.
