Samvardhana Motherson Invests in Rider Dome Pte Ltd for Advanced Rider Assistance System (ARAS) Technology

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has agreed to invest in Rider Dome Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company that specializes in designing and developing proprietary technology solutions for the 2 Wheeler segment, specifically the Rider Assistance System (ARAS). The initial investment of USD 0.5 million (equivalent in SGD) will be made in primary equity for a 10% stake and USD 0.3 million in 12% optionally convertible secured notes. Upon successful completion of certain financial and commercial milestones by FY 2028, the Company will further invest USD 1.5 million (equivalent in SGD) in multiple tranches. Rider Dome's current turnover for the 12 months ended December 31, 2024, is USD 0.5 million.
