Samvardhana Motherson issues Corporate Guarantee for subsidiary

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has issued a corporate guarantee in favor of Mizuho Bank, Ltd. for a credit facility availed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Yutaka Autoparts India Private Limited (YAIPL). The credit facility amounts to INR 750,000,000. YAIPL is engaged in manufacturing auto components, with revenues of INR 3824.17 million as of March 31, 2026. The company stated that this guarantee will have no material impact on its financial or operational activities. The disclosure is made as per SEBI regulations.
