Samvardhana Motherson to guarantee EUR 75M facility for subsidiary

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited will issue a corporate guarantee for a Term Facility of up to EUR 75,000,000 (approximately ₹665 Crore) to be availed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Motherson Global Investments B.V. The guarantee will be effective within six months of the first tranche disbursement and will remain in force until February 28, 2032. The company's potential liability is capped at 105% of the facility amount, totaling EUR 78,750,000. This guarantee is not expected to impact the consolidated financial statements as the facility is for a wholly owned subsidiary.
