Sanathan Textiles Declares Quarterly Financial Results

Sanathan Textiles Limited announced its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Paresh Dattani, Joint Managing Director Mr. Ajaykumar Dattani, and Executive Director Mr. Anilkumar Dattani, subject to shareholder approval, for a term of five years effective December 1, 2026. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Limited Review Report was provided by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP.
