Sanathan Textiles reappoints Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditors

Sanathan Textiles Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 3, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a consecutive second term of 5 years. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, M/s. Mahajan & Aibara Chartered Accountants LLP were re-appointed as Internal Auditors, and M/s. Saroj K Babu & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. The 21st AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2026.
