Sanathnagar Enterprises appoints Walker Chandiok & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Sanathnagar Enterprises Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 17, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, effective from FY 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval. They will replace M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP, who are completing their second five-year term. The Board also noted the resignation of Mr. Martin Godard as Manager and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 17, 2026. Additionally, M/s Shravan A. Gupta & Associates were appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.
