Sanchay Finvest Board Approves FY26 Results; Changes Auditors

Sanchay Finvest's Board of Directors met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, along with the unmodified audit report. The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Ramesh Chandra Mishra from M/s Ramesh Chandra Mishra & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, effective May 28, 2026, due to other professional commitments. Concurrently, M/s. S K B J P & Co. Chartered Accountants were appointed as the new Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
