Rushabh Satra acquired 9,30,000 equity shares, representing an 11.62% stake in Sanchay Finvest Ltd, through a preferential allotment. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following this acquisition, Satra's total holding, including Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), stands at 11.62% of the company's total voting capital. The company's equity share capital increased from ₹3.15 crore to ₹8 crore post-allotment. The newly acquired shares rank pari-passu with existing shares.
