Company to hold 46th AGM on July 29, 2026; Sets July 22 record date

The company announced that its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 23, 2026, to July 29, 2026 (both days inclusive), to determine shareholders eligible for dividend, if declared at the AGM. The Board has fixed July 22, 2026, as the record date for the purpose of dividend payment for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, July 22, 2026, is also set as the cut-off date for determining shareholders' e-voting rights for the 46th AGM.
