Sancode Technologies Receives In Principal Approval for OSAT Unit Establishment in Odisha

Sancode Semi Private Limited, a subsidiary of Sancode Technologies Limited, has received ‘In Principal’ approval from the High-Level Clearance Authority (HLCA), the State Government of Odisha for the establishment of an OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) Unit in District - Khordha in the state of Odisha. The project involves a total capital expenditure of approximately 1,650 crore and is subject to the Company’s compliance with standard conditions and applicable statutory, regulatory, and other necessary approvals and clearances. This project marks a significant milestone in the Company’s strategic expansion into the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem and aligns with the Government of Odisha's initiatives aimed at strengthening domestic semiconductor manufacturing and related infrastructure.
