Trinity Gate LLC Acquires 19.86% Stake in Sancode Technologies via Warrants

Trinity Gate LLC has disclosed its acquisition of 14,90,387 convertible warrants in Sancode Technologies Limited through a preferential issue. This acquisition represents 19.86% of the total diluted share capital of Sancode Technologies. The transaction, effective July 16, 2026, was executed via preferential allotment. Following this, Trinity Gate LLC holds 19.86% of the diluted share capital, with the total diluted share capital of Sancode Technologies now standing at 75,05,560 equity shares. Trinity Gate LLC is not part of the promoter or promoter group of Sancode Technologies.
