Sandesh Ltd Fixes Aug 14 Record Date for ₹5 Final Dividend

Sandesh Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 05, 2026, approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also fixed Friday, August 14, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, the Board approved the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sandesh Digital Private Limited, with and into The Sandesh Limited, subject to regulatory approvals. The continuation of Smt. Pannaben F. Patel as Non-Executive Director was also approved, pending shareholder consent.
