Sandu Pharmaceuticals Appoints Dave & Dave as Statutory Auditors

Sandu Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Dave & Dave, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 11, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 41st AGM until the conclusion of the 46th AGM in 2031. This change follows the completion of the tenure of the previous auditors, M/s Dileep and Prithvi, Chartered Accountants. The company stated that the transition is in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and the outgoing auditors raised no concerns.
