Sandur Manganese Appoints G. P. Kundargi as Non-Executive Director

Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd announced the appointment of G. P. Kundargi as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors at their 388th meeting held on November 3, 2026, and is effective from November 12, 2026. Kundargi, who brings extensive experience in the mining and metals sector, including a past role as Chairman and Managing Director of MOIL Limited, will be liable to retire by rotation and is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
