Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Royal Sandur Hospitality Private Limited, on August 21, 2026. The new entity, established in India, will engage in the hospitality business, including the development, ownership, operation, and management of hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and restaurants. The incorporation involved a cash subscription of 10,00,000 equity shares at ₹10 each, totaling ₹1,00,00,000, giving Sandur Manganese 100% ownership. This move signifies the company's strategic expansion into the hospitality sector.
