Sangam Health Care Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 24th February 2026. The agenda includes the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer in compliance with the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Regulations, 2015. The meeting will also consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
